Subscription Fees

All subscription plans are billed in advance and provide immediate access to the selected services.

Because our services become available immediately after activation, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No additional charges will be made after cancellation unless you choose to subscribe again.

Exceptional Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

• Duplicate payments
• Unauthorized transactions
• Extended service outages caused by TabibBot

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
