Effective Date: January 1, 2026

TabibBot provides digital subscription services rather than physical products. Therefore, traditional product exchanges do not apply.

Subscription Changes

Upgrade Your Plan

You may upgrade your subscription at any time. The price difference will be calculated proportionally and applied immediately, giving you instant access to your new plan.

Downgrade Your Plan

If you choose to downgrade your subscription, the changes will take effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. Your current plan will remain active until then.

Subscription Transfer

Subscriptions are intended for the registered account holder and cannot be transferred to another person or organization unless approved by TabibBot under exceptional circumstances.

Service Credits

In certain situations, TabibBot may issue service credits at its discretion. These credits can be applied toward future subscription payments and have no cash value.
